The 30 are a very good age for men and for women, but it is time to start caring because the lifestyle affect our health in the long term.

Skin care becomes a major concern for many people because the skin is the most obvious of time.

Hair loss is another battle front for many men and women who wish to conceal the passage of time. In both cases, there are genetic components against which little can be done. But a healthy diet and practice of physical activity on a regular basis are two easy ways to avoid the aging process.
